Papa Truck is a bluegrass band playing original material, based in South Buckinghamshire, England
As well as playing numerous venues in their local area, where they have a strong and devoted following, Papa Truck have appeared at bluegrass festivals around the UK and Europe, including Didmarton Bluegrass Festival, North Wales Bluegrass Festival, Omah Appalachian and Bluegrass Festival in Northern Ireland, and The 2nd Vilnius Bluegrass Festival in Lithuania. As part of their trip to Vilnius they performed three original songs live on National Television. Papa Truck were also invited to support Tommy Emmanuel’s yearly “Tommy Fest” in 2008.

The Blackbriar String Band specialise in Country and Bluegrass. Based in South London in England. Quite a number of familiar faces from the Festivals and the British Bluegrass scene.
Molly (vocals) – a powerful singer, and brings a touch of County Cork charm
Mike (vocals/guitar) – a long-standing character on the UK Bluegrass scene, having played (bass) in one of the first successful UK Bluegrass bands, Orange Blossom Sound
Dick (bass) – another well established musician on the UK Bluegrass scene, having played in bands with most of the current top performers – most recently with Monroe’s Revenge.
Jimmy (fiddle/vocals) – an outstanding fiddler, skilled in a range of genres. Currently also plays with The Biggin Hillbillies and Captain Swing
Hilary (banjo) – an enthusiastic new-comer to the Bluegrass world, having played in a number of bands, including with UK Bluegrass legend Rick Townend.

Born in a distillery in Durango, CO, Stillhouse Junkies play a delirious, head-spinning mixture of original roots, blues, funk, swing, and bluegrass music. With all three band members sharing vocal duties and swapping instruments, the Junkies conjure a wide range of tonal landscapes that pay tribute to the iconic sounds of Gillian Welch, the Allman Brothers, Tim O'Brien, the Wood Brothers, John Hiatt, and countless others while breaking new musical ground with their genre-bending original material.

The band has toured across the US, Canada, Ireland and the UK. They were finalists in the Rockygrass Band Competition in 2014 and named #1 Bluegrass band by the Denver Westword in 2016. In 2018, Peet Lukes became a New Folk Finalist at the Kerrville Folk Festival.

In just over a year of performing they have racked up an impressive number of major festival slots including Cambridge Folk Festival and Fairport’s Cropredy Convention, completed a tour of Germany and Switzerland as well as two UK tours. ( More recently - Australia) In February 2018 they released their critically acclaimed debut album, Fire. Most recently, the band became the first UK band to gain recognition in the International Bluegrass Music Association’s Momentum awards with a nomination for best band as well as Tabitha receiving a nomination in the instrumentalist category.
